When Libby envisioned a two-day celebration to mark her 70th birthday, we were tasked with transforming Dinham House into her very own unforgettable private festival. This event was meticulously planned over two years and was designed to entertain three generations of friends and family.
The scope of ’70 Fest’ was immense, there was something for everybody:
– Infrastructure: A festival village was created with a collection of gorgeous canvas tents, a large festival stage, and a Ferris Wheel to provide funfair entertainment.
– Food & Drink: A diverse and laidback dining experience delivered by four exceptional caterers, featuring woodfired feasting, street food tacos and curries, specialty food vans, bespoke cups and a fully stocked festival bar across the two days.
– Entertainment: A line up of seven EPIC performances, featuring high-profile artists and DJs, alongside a packed schedule of activities, from morning yoga to football, food demos and garden games.
– Late Night: The celebration culminated in a themed, exclusive after-party held in a styled military tent, featuring bespoke cocktails and a unique ‘Down the Rabbit Hole’ aesthetic.
We oversaw every process from event production, planning and coordination to budget management. Our team was on-site for 10 days installing and managing every detail, ensuring Libby’s vision—inspired by major festivals—came together seamlessly. The result was a stunning, bespoke celebration delivered to a great scale, and we had the pleasure to be a big part of.
