On Sunday 24 February the team at Out of The Ordinary Wedding Events – By Hazel Parsons were busy welcoming couples to one of Cornwall’s newest and dare we say it, possibly coolest wedding venues, The Fir Hill Estate at The Fir Hill Wedding Open Day, Newquay.
Entrance was FREE but couples were asked to prebook their exclusive guest ticket for a chance to WIN a mini-moon! On arrival, all enjoyed a glass of fizz.
Fir Hill is surrounded by woodlands and overlooks Porth reservoir, it’s simply stunning. Many couples enjoyed exploring this uber-cool, new, off-grid wedding venue, centre stage was a giant Tipi hat by the Cornish Tent Co. plus there were many suppliers all ready to talk through wedding plans and happy to offer invaluable advice, no one left hungry thanks to Big Pan Parties and their delicious paella.
