The house and estate have been owned by the family since 1949 and has been lovingly restored and renovated from a working day dairy farm to the splendour that it is today. The owner’s, Matt & Lara, have an exceptional eye for detail and this is apparent in the decor, style and service they offer.

Choices
You can choose to exchange vows in the historic Mill Barn or beneath a custom-built arbour within the beautiful walled garden. For your reception, the purpose-built Events Barn can accommodate up to 200 seated guests. With all the essentials covered, you have the freedom to choose how your wedding will unfold. Their completely flexible, fully bespoke approach means you can dictate every detail, from the setting of your ceremony to the catering and decor. Launcells Barton also offers coordination for your wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Why We love this venue
The main house at Launcells Barton is distinctive and beautiful with its regal facade, large, light rooms and high ceilings is great for pre and post-wedding day activities, getting ready, meeting the night before or maybe an intimate brunch the day after. The two barns have very different feels, each beautiful in their own right. The brand new, purpose-built reception Barn was designed to complement the original house, whilst the Mill Barn has a rustic vibe. The arbour is located within the walled garden, making it an ideal space for a romantic ceremony. Owners Matt and Lara will be on hand to help you plan your perfect day.
